ABOUT ME

Yogi, foodie, DIY'er, back yard chicken keeper, gardener, student and explorer, who loves vegetarian eating, dancing, music and new experiences. In my free time during the summer I can be found gardening in my backyard, heading to the shore because I love the beach or meeting up with friends in NYC. I love to travel as well and hope to do more of it when time and money allow.

Life long learning is important to me as is keeping active , fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Life is finite. I want to do and experience as much as possible in this lifetime. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Montserrat, Spain, amazing spiritual place. Lived in Taiwan for a year and it was one of the best years of my life. I met some of the kindest people during my time there.

Teach, Learn, Share

Life is all about trial and error. Mistakes are ok, it just means we need to modify what we are doing and try a different way. Life is about learning and loving.
