I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I absolutely love my home. Alaska is a unique and beautiful place with so many options for exploring the outdoors.

I have had many fantastic Couchsurfing experiences over the years.
I love meeting people from different places and trying new things. I try to never say no to something new.

I try to be open minded and enjoy stimulating conversation and good company.

I work full time and am currently am back in school for a MBA so my hosting schedule is very limited and sporadic. I am always happy to give you tips for exploring Alaska.
I am not hosting the rest of this summer as I will be mostly out of town.

I love learning new things and feel that every individual has a unique story and perspective that can bring new light onto a subject. I like to listen as much as I like to talk.

Intereses

My interests are always diversifying and my horizons always expanding.

I thoroughly enjoy recreating in a number of cliché Alaskan ways-hiking, camping, fishing ect.

Travel is a top priority. I'm always dreaming about or planning my next adventure.

Music has always been a passion. Many of my travels are inspired by concerts.

Música, películas y libros

Tunes: I regularly listen to a variety of music genres-pop, reggae, rock, edm, ect. The genre I am most passionate about is metal and I frequently travel for metal concerts and festivals.

Screens: I love Wes Anderson movies and most of my Netflix binging consists of documentaries, adult cartoons, and Netflix Originals. I will always be down for a classic comedy. I prefer TV shows to movies. If it's binge-worthy I'll give it a shot.

Reads: Self-professed bookworm. Some favorite reads are the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and anything written by Tolkien. I discovered Ken Follett's Pillars of the Earth and it quickly became a favorite in my library. The rest of his works are fantastic as well. I will read almost anything that anyone recommends.

Additionally, one of my majors in my undergraduate studies was philosophy so I enjoy reading philosophy works as well and am currently part of a philosophy reading group.

Travel- Saw over 15 temples in 2 weeks in Japan. It was an amazing trip but a ton of time spent on a bus. I also regularly travel alone as I find it extremely freeing.
