From the moment that I was born, I wanted to meet new people, cultures and countries. Even when I was just a toddler, I preferred sitting next to a stranger in the train over my parents, so I could talk to new people.

I recently changed careers and right now I’m working as an holistic coach and facilitators. I love working with people and help them live a more healthy, happy and authentic life.

After living at the same place for 8 years I recently decided to go on a one year adventure. To experience different ways of living, hopefully more connected to community and nature

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like connecting with new cultures and people. When traveling abroad, I don't want to be the tourist who just checks off boxes. I want to experience a place like locals do. For me couchsurfing is the perfect way to do this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done was traveling by myself in Chile and Argentina. Although I travelled by myself before, this felt like a completely new experience. I've met so many wonderful people and done so many new things, that it most definitely changed my life back home as well.

The second best thing would be my summer as an au-pair in Spain. I was there for one and a half month taking care of two girls and teaching them English. At first it was difficult to find the balance between being their friend and their elder, however when I did, we had so much fun. I still talk to them, and their parents, regularly and plan on visiting them soon!
