I am an engineer from Sweden with a masters degree in construction project management, but I am currently traveling the world for a year. Back in Sweden I am working as a construction project manager for the Government, renovating the cultural heritage (castles, museums etc.). But in my heart I felt a strong calling to explore the world and learn more from the nature, new cultures and people. Therefore I decided to leave and full fill my dreams and search for my true purpose in life.

In the past I was very much trapped in the western mindset of studying, working 9-5, earning money but not actually being happy at all. Therefore, one year ago I started making the changes that had been calling me for a long time, but that I out of fear had been neglecting for years.

I have a strong passion for nature and the environment and see the nature as a great teacher for humanity. I am trying to live a life as conscious as possible and I am constantly willing to learn and change. My interests ranges all the way from yoga, meditation, permaculture and self sustainability to IT, crossfit, construction and music. I really value true and strong connection to people and I am trying to be the change I want to see in the world. I am a strong believer in community living and think we should live closer to each other than we often do in the west.

In my current travel I try to take one step at a time, with a general idea of what I want to accomplish but without a fixed plan and without exploiting people, places and cultures. I want to get off the gringo trails and find the way that is true to me!

I view this site as a huge opportunity for getting to know new people and cultures, and I definitely think that we will create a better world if we come closer to each other. I believe the world is a beautiful place full of love, all we have to do is to focus our energy on the light that we all have inside of us and spread it to others!
