I'm Niklas, 23 years old and I'm currently studying Latin American Regional Studies in Cologne/Germany. I've been travelling back and forth between Latin America, especially Chile, where my girlfriend lives, and Germany for a few years now. In between I also try to get to know other parts of the world. I look forward to hearing anecdotes from people of different cultures over a cup of tea, coffee or something else. By the way, I love (vegan) food and am always happy to experience something new.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

You can never know enough people from different places. I think the principle of couchsurfing is great, far removed from platforms like AirBNB that take up so much space in cities. Also it is a much better experience to travel connecting to locals.
