Overview
About Me
College student from Seattle, WA! I love watching and playing soccer and am fascinated by the tactics and coaching. I enjoy riding my bike in my freetime and also believe that it is the best vehicle for practical use such as going to the grocery store, or class/work. I love the arts, politics and history and am constantly trying to learn more about my interests. I love eating new foods, and am trying to become a better cook, as going to american university led my skills to regress a fair amount. I am new to Couchsurfing, but use Wwoof often when traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think the best part of life is spending time with other people. Unfortunately that can be hard to maintain and so many of us end up spending time alone. You can learn so much by spending time with the people of an area that is unfamiliar to you and I hope not only to use Couchsurfing to make these connections with like-minded strangers, but also to someday be able to share that sense of community with people experiencing my home for the first time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really love music and could talk about it all day. I try to constantly expand my understanding of music and find new sounds couchsurfing. I like reading but its so hard! But I've been trying to become more well read and read some classics. I also have been trying philosophy and political economy books in order to better understand my word view. I love all types of music and am constantly looking for something new. It doesn't matter what genre, mood, instruments, era, culture, I am interested in all music. Currently my favorites have been reggae and dub, especially albums that were produce by Lee "Scratch" Perry, 70s soul and disco, and club music like uk garage, classic house, and other interesting sounds and styles.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently did a study abroad program in Senegal, it was such a unique experience to learn about a region and culture I knew so little about, and then experience the religion, lifestyle, and daily experience first hand, I could talk about it for hours and hours and can't wait to go back.
