Hey,

My name is Nicolas. I'm a colombian guy who, for some quirk of fate, is studying in Russia. I've lived there for 6 years , In Kazan city, where I've met a lot of kind, awesome and beautiful people, who received me in their country as if I was part of the family, and I've liked the experience a lot. I've also lived in the US, and of course in my homeland, Colombia.

I like sports and working out, but definitely, my passion is ⚽️ , I play it since I was a child, thanks to my mom. I also love traveling, because I think it opens the mind of the traveler, and you can get to know how different people are even living in the same planet as you. I like the intercultural exchange, starting from languages, passing through customs, and ending in a life lesson, that definitely marks you for life.

I was meeting new people in an English Club, when somebody mentioned the word "CouchSurfing". I had literally no idea about it, so I looked it up and I found out it's such an amazing idea! I love this concept because, besides saving you a couple bucks when traveling, it helps you meeting new people; local people who can help you and can make you a little richer with a piece of their culture, their language, their lifestyle and the way they see the world, and with whom you can start an awesome friendship. :D
