I have co-hosted quite a lot of guys and gals and only recently surfed for the first time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I can't say i've ever had a bad CS experience, though the ones I enjoyed most were the "not-a-free-hostel" ones, when you get to know the other person spend some time sharing experiences together.
