Hi!

Call me Niki, Niko or Nik, depending on what language you talk or which suits you most. I m born Austrian and I just started PhD degree doing something which I call Computational Biology.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be humble and respectful, learn from others, see things the way they are, accept the unknown and the uncontrollable, enjoy, go with the flow / be like water - all at the same time...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed couches all over. Officially in Switzerland and California but also with many friends and their friends, and their friends' friends, and so on :-)

兴趣

I can be easily motivated for many things, especially things I haven't done yet. I tend to do a lot of sports and to go outdoors, I love Capoeira. Starting from that, I also love dancing and music. However, I most of the days do statistics and the like. Seems like I can be serious, too - and mostly enjoy it. Finally, I imagine myself less fun to talk to about cars, fashion and apple products apart from apple juice. Not yet at least.

All kinds, really ALL kinds. I think music is an art form and so every music style is interesting, even if it is not beautiful. And of course my current musci preference depends on my mood.

I will go with the sharing - when I share I learn and teach - that's best. So I like to share doing stuff, in particular, doing all kinds of stuff. And especially, stuff which involves sports, laziness, the outdoors, the indoors, ridiculous fun, and/or serious discussions. Most importantly, I like to share with people.
