Hey there, I'm Nick,
I'm a Biomathematics student from germany currently doing an internship at the Uni in Christchurch. I'll probably be working during the weeks and travel around on the weekens.
I'm quite outdoorsy, so in my free time—and especially when I'm travelling—I usually go on a hike or cycle around with my bike.

I'm a passionate cooker and enjoy playing cards or boardgames. So if you like any of these, that's a really good start!

I'm new to couchsurfing—a friend recommended it to me, so I'm excited to give it a try.
Honestly, I just want to meet some great people. People that are connected to their region and can share their experiences. If you want to spend some time together that's awesome. However no need to worry, if you’re busy or prefer your own space, that’s totally cool too. I'm genuinely grateful for the chance to stay on your couch and share a bit of your world:)

Whether I'm crashing on your couch or we are meeting up at my place, I'm looking for people to organise trips together or just meet up and explore the region.
I'm also learning to speak czech at the moment, so if you speak the language that's a huge plus. I'd love to practise speaking with you!
