Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Getting through the whirlwind that is graduate school, trying to remember that travel is the ultimate escape.
SIDE MISSIONS
Making up for all the quarantine time I spent isolated by seeing as many live shows (rock, pop, classical, opera and theatre) as I possibly can. Expanding my circle of tennis friends. Finding the perfect bowl of ramen. Locating the clothing optional beach wherever I travel.
ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as communicative, open-minded and fun. Always happy to meet up for coffee or a drink! I love couch surfing and find that the connections I've made on this site last a lifetime.
I am a PhD student, working in the fields of film studies, literature and art history. I also have an interest in fashion and interior design. I am always down to discuss pop culture, gender and sexuality, cinema and music.
PHILOSOPHY
Promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate. There is nothing more attractive than a person who knows how to share their passions enthusiastically and infectiously.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am now a bit more experienced surfer, and I absolutely love it - the community is super positive and fun! While my current living situation limits my ability to host, I am always open to meet up with nearby travellers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've made lots of CouchSurfing friends, and it's probably my favorite part of travelling. It's awesome to be active in the community and meet cool people!

My favorite author is Michael Cunningham and I would probably faint on the spot if I ever met him. Others include Sylvia Plath, Kazuo Ishiguro, Dennis Cooper, Oscar Wilde, Paul Auster and Virginia Woolf.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visited Cairo and seen the great pyramids!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would be happy to discuss literature and movies, to teach you some basics of the Serbian language as well as cook something together. I am also a lover of saunas, tennis, and board/card games.
