most alive in nature. I’ll probably spend my years hiking until my body says no — and when it does, I’ll happily switch to cities, cafés, and long conversations.

I chose work that aligns with that love. I’m an arborist, and the only non-government professional trusted to work on 500+-year-old trees in Cyprus. I also run a mid-scale compost production facility.

I share my days with two slightly insane Belgian Malinois who know the Cypriot mountains and rivers better than most people.

I love showing people the real side of the island — hidden rivers, quiet sunset spots, ancient trees, and places you won’t find in guidebooks. And yes… I also know where to find the best coffee on the island.

I really liked it when I saw disabled people skiing on some kind of special ski wheelchair. I saw once again that our limits are the once we set.
