Finding the edge of my comfort zone and then leaping over to the other side are the moments I feel most alive. But then I like to come back over the edge and curl up with a book or some music, a cup of tea and a friendly cat.

I have this feeling of striving for higher realms - to become more whole and to use my life to bring more healing and love into the world. More consciousness, more regeneration, more life.

Equally I revel in the mysterious ridiculousness, the ridiculous mystery of it all, embracing nonsense, silliness, chaos and the attitude of “just because”. Pleasure and joy for pleasure and joy’s sake.

I’m learning that it’s the synthesis of these two sides that creates magic.

I love building/making/creating/growing stuff with people, outside. I also love connecting to nature, getting to know people's stories, creative expression, dream analysis, learning, playing, sharing, being near/in/under water.

I aspire to be loving and strong in equal measure.

I am: curious, creative, calm, thoughtful, adventurous.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Floating in the waters of El Pozo Azul, Chapada Diamantina, Brazil. In a cave, in the dark, with a ray of light peeking through the rock. The minerals made the water so exquisitely clear it felt like I was floating in mid-air. Maybe the closest I will get to being in outer space.
