I am friendly, extroverted person. Love exploring world and meeting new people, obtaining new skills and sharing constructive knowledge!

At the same time I am a writer and philosopher. Think about this one: if you had only 24 hours left to live, what would you do?

I am spontaneous: Last summer I did a hitchhiking tour crossing kind of half of Europe. I traveled from town Oldenburg, north-west of Germany to Georgia my home city, Tbilisi with no money but a sleeping bag.

A couple of years ago I wrote my research project at Harvard Medical School on meditation and mindfulness. We got great results! Meditation appears to be indeed great stuff! So l can teach you how to meditate or at least increase your concentration level.

I love food! Everything about food eating and cooking too!!! And I just realized that the last sentence was a lie. I used to love cooking. Now I am enjoying only eating :) But I am practicing how to cook burgers. So we can try it out togather.

My life philosophy:
- Whatever happens is good.
- Life is dynamic, everything is changing.
- The best moment in life is right now.

Recently, I added this one to my believes:
- if you will not try, you will never know.
- bad times are just part of the good times
- gratitude and acceptance are very important. But never accept anything you do not like, if you can influence it. If you do nothing, others will. Take action, be active!

I love deep talks and I am happy to argue, discuss, gather thoughts about almost any topics except for cars and football. Not my cup of soup :)

I will make you believe that your life is amazing. And it will get even better!

Goal: Open a school where kids will study life subjects, how to set goals, how to understand people and be a good communicator, how to manage time, psychology for everyday life, success mindset, what is happiness, self-reflection and etc.

Books: It is a difficult decision, but I like Stefan Zweig and Chekhov very much. Did not read Dostojewski yet...

Sport: I love doing sports! Play tennis, table tennis, soccer, and basketball. Ice skating. Climbing and Bouldering. Open to do new sport arts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Daily life is quite amazing if you feel so about it.

After there was a big earthquake in Nepal 2015 many buildings were destroyed and together with my friends we made a campaign, at least somehow to help people. We were able to find enough money to build a small school in village Gorkha that is fully functioning now

I can teach you some guitar and georgian alphabet ასეთ პონტში. I know a bit of Salsa and more of Bachata, and small workshop of dancing is always fun. Lets do pizza! I can teach you how to sing! And we will sing caraoke ;) If you love Burgers too, we will definitely click.
