ABOUT ME

We are a young married couple who share a passion for traveling. We like spending time with local people when we visit foreign countries and enjoy hosting travelers in our flat in Krakow. We have a three year old son who asks lots of questions.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch Surfing is about helping other people to understand your culture, your way of being, your way of thinking. When you stay with us, you become a part of the small world we create around us. So, as members of that community, we would like to show others a place full of surprises and beautiful - Krakow - and learn as much as we can about the places and the people we visit.

兴趣

Intrests we share (or things we both like): literature, music, travelling, hitchhiking, our vintage bikes (Michalina rides a Jantar - "Amber" and Igor rides a Huragan - "Hurricane"), cooking (and then eating) - especially Italian cuisine, good wine, The X-Files, Woody Allen, Daniel Day-Lewis, Monty Python...

Michalina's intrests: chess (but I always loose), b-class movies, XXth century classical music (of which Igor is not a big fan), learning to play the piano, big cities and urban legends (favourite at the moment - Paris).

Igor's interests: I like to walk a lot. Really. And walkabout. I especially enjoy mountains and deserted places, wild or urban. I like storytelling (or rather listening), role-playing games, a good classical guitar or a violin. I like romanticism and postmodernism and try to figure out what they are, or were. My favourite punctuation mark is the semi-colon (;) which I tend to abuse in my writing.

We got engaded instantly after having fallen for each other when we were 19. Oops! ;)
