About Me
ABOUT ME
I spent the majority of my first 20 years of life living and going to school in San Francisco (or for Bay Area natives like me, Fremont and Berkeley). I've been living in Turkey for two years now- first as a student in Istanbul and now as a teacher in Denizli.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Shockingly, I love traveling and meeting new people. Site-seeing and eating amazing food is all great and wonderful, but getting to meet people and experience places with others is what traveling is all about.
Interests
Really long bus rides (this has come from living in Turkey), struggling to speak new languages, dancing (badly), beer, coffee, finding the best knafeh/künefe, playing backgammon.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you how to play backgammon and some Turkish slang that will score you points if you ever travel to these parts.
I have plenty of stories to share, mostly involving travel and my hilarious students.
