ABOUT ME

I'm a journalist based in Singapore, writing mostly about current affairs in Southeast Asia. I grew up in NYC and left my home at the age of 19, resettling in Thailand, then Malaysia, then Singapore. I am very passionate about human rights, politics, philosophy and arts. I simply seek meaningful interactions from CouchSurfing.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

This site is best used as a means of connecting with locals. Over the past several years, I've hosted and surfed. I've been hosted by many generous people, and it has allowed me to enjoy enhanced travel experiences. I've opened my home to people, some have been great. On one occasion my personal goods and money were stolen and I questioned CouchSurfing for a while. Take the good with the bad. Generally, the former outweighs the latter in this case.
