ABOUT ME

After finishing my LLLOOOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG study, and research career in London, I've moved to Belfast to start life as a proper academic. Can't wait to get into the swing of things, try new activities, meet new people and become part of the connective culture here :)
I love to learn and meet people and understand their ways of looking at things and their views on life as this gives us an insight what it is to be human.
I don't like controversy or stereotyping and try to take people as they are and keep open to new experiences which (I've found so far) is a recipe for a happy life and I mean to continue this way to broaden my horizons :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and surf to my heart's content :) I love doing both, but sometimes love one more than the other, depending on the situations and my schedule. I also attend some local events in London and have gone to a number of international couch surfing meetings, they're amazing!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed within the UK and abroad and have had an amazing time meeting new people and new places and having great times together. I have also been to a number of CS meet-ups across the country and have shown surfers around Bath, Bristol and London. Can't wait for more!!

I find discovering the inner workings of nature fascinating and am intrigued by evolution in particular. Recently I have learnt that we may have interbred with Neanderthals once we came out of Africa and it's mind blowing to think what characteristics we have now which have been inherited from these extinct people!

What I Can Share with Hosts

What can't I offer! All the best things in life are free so don't expect money ;) but do expect courtesy, tons of smiles, insightful conversations about pretty much anything except cars or sports, and advice about travelling, life in the UK/Ireland and living a good life ;)
