Hi there!
I'm Nils, 18 years old, grown up on a family farm in Saxony, Germany.
I discovered my passion for the spirit of travel at an early age. Special experiences for me were building a windmill as part of a development aid project in Ethiopia and cycling across Europe with my friend since we were 14.
Hearing music is an amazing feeling and creating the music by myself is even way better, since 6 Years I play the trompet and its just great!!
Another hobby of mine is photography and shooting and editing drone shots with premiere pro.
I also find it realy exciting to turn our homegrown food into delicious meals. My passion for cooking was awakened by my grandma.
On the one hand, I enjoy just relaxing, drinking an Earl Grey or reading a book. And on the other hand I find it awesome to realize projects. For example, art projects with international organisations, designing and building my own furniture, like my desk, or creating a sports room in the barn with my buddys.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me traveling means getting to know the local people, their culture, their live and their view of the world. Cause I just graduated from high school, I can now jump at the chance to do just that.
Next year I want to travel the world and meet as many amazing people as possible. I think Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to experience the people in a special country absolutely directly.
