Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Establishing an animal sanctuary-prevention of cruelty to animals.
ABOUT ME
I'm currently auditing classes at Yale in the subject areas of art history/architecture, women's studies, and ecology and environmental biology. I also teach ESL part-time, and on occasion tutor students in math. I love the great big outdoors, reading, watching films, and, of course, traveling. My interest continues to grow in the areas of green architecture and animal cognition. I tend to favor small social gatherings and events, as opposed to a more "party" like atmosphere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We live in a wonderful part of CT-less than 10 miles from the Long Island Sound with some great beaches and about 30 minutes from New Haven, where we lived for 8 years and loved it (a wonderful city that has lots to offer). Friends and family who have stayed at our place often refer to it as a nature retreat/sanctuary. We would love to share our home with you and if our schedule permits, show you around, or atleast, share with you places of interest in the vicinity.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm just starting out with couch surfing and think it is a fantastic project. So far, it has been great.
