Recently, I've moved to living on a small sailing boat. New home & new adventure! Since I didn't have a home the last few months, I stayed over at many different people's places every other day or week. Whereas I've found this a great experience (who has this change to get peak inside the lives of friends in such a different manner?), I'm happy I don't have to carry around my backpack everyday :)

I like to be rather busy. With my jobs, spending long afternoons with friends and family, go out into nature cycling, hiking), reading, debating about any topic, doing sports (field hockey, yoga, surfing). I also like to study and as I'm still enjoying it (and do not feel ready for a full time job yet) I'll be starting with a master in philosophy in september. Lately, topics at the intersection of technological improvents and ethics (and neuroscience) mostly take my interest.

Lately, I've also come to realize how much I enjoy being not too busy. This means: having more time to be with friends and read, but also: fantasizing, making music, biking. Recently, I've also started juggling. Patience = needed here :)

When I have time off, I always try to find a way to go travelling to new places and go for new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I very much like to meet people (as most people on here, I know). Further, sharing as a philosophy is an important value I foster.

Importantly, I like to investigate different types of humor/jokes in different countries and cultures!
