About Me
Nina/21/f?/in desperate search for some peace and motivation for life 👍🏿
Left my country for a bit, thinking I would need those travel experiences western kids make after school to have their first adventures without their parents, but recently I just came to realize I’m really bad at traveling and I hate sightseeing and now I have to find a purpose for my trip.
So if someone asks me why I am traveling, the story I will tell then is made up 100% and utter bullshit.
Currently in Japan and have a 1 year work and holiday visa. My Japanese is worse than the heaviest Katakana-English, but still, if someone has a big heart and a place to work for me, make me a part of your team ( ̄^ ̄)ゞ
My plan is living in the countryside for a bit, learn some countryside-Japanese and then settle down in Ōsāka. If someone knows some nice places to visit, let me know and accompany me <3
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a weird traveler friend, which became even weirder through his 372 Couchsurfing experiences and it impressed me a lot.
I’m also on a low budget and really too shy to make human contact without a pretext. So Couchsurfing is a good and easy excuse for my socially inept ass

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Met a guy via couchsurfing and got into a weird love triangle and became a part of a professional media team. We mentally married really fast, settled down in Seoul, Korea and got us an apartment with 2 cats, 19 fishes and 3 polliwogs. Then i broke up, kdrama style, but we agreed on meeting again and live a beautiful artist’s life together, when I’m older and he’s wiser. I still think of them now and then, mostly because this incident left me with a huge RAD... And it all happened in 3 months and due to couchsurfing! Thanks a lot!
Teach, Learn, Share
Let’s have some life lessons together, unless you can teach me some.. then please, teach me.
I’m also speaking German since some 21 years, I’m kind of good at it.
I also learned some English with a heavy German accent, if someone’s interested.
Teach me your lifestyle, I’m still looking for ideas.
