About Me

19 year old, trying to experience as much as I can.

How I'd describe myself.. I like peace and doing chill things - listening to music, reading books, meditating.. but I also love to hang out with people and hear their stories and views on life. I like going out from time to time. And spontaneous plans. I love quirky and crazy, but also really honest people, and people who are just themselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The world is so full of things to learn, places to see and people to meet.

Interests

I love everything that makes this world so rich. I love learning new things about the world, about people...

Music is a big part of my life. Life would be so much more dull without it.

Trying to get into the habit of reading more. Books are awesome.

I love discovering new places that make me feel good, that is also why I love architecture and why I have decided to study it.

I love hiking. Slovenia is a beautiful country with a lot of nice hiking destinations, and there's nothing better than standing on the top of a mountain and seeing the world from a different perspective.

I'm also learning french. I want to learn to use the knowledge I got in school in real life, because that's what it's all about!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to songs by Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Alcest, Opeth. Rodriguez. Paolo Nutini. Also, an awesome slovenian band is Siddharta. I love how music can make you feel so much. Sometimes I listen to jazz, because I like the atmosphere it creates.

I don't watch a lot of movies, but I really liked Remember me, the documentary Searching for sugar man, What we do in the shadows,... I can't say which kind of movies I like, I will go for anything, as long as it's not really predictable.

An amazing book I've recently read is The picture of Dorian Grey. Currently reading Kafka on the shore by Murakami, The power of now and the french version of Harry Potter, haha.
Other books I've read are Crime and punishment, The vegetarian (by Han Kang), To kill a mockingbird, The book thief, 1Q48 by Murakami,... And there is sooo many on my to-read list!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook. Pretty well, I think.
Would love to learn french.
