Well well, it is time to update this profile again and again! It has been now been 7 years thatvwr are on this platform and had nothing bit good expiriences with it. We met more people than we ever could have dreamed of.

But first things first who are "we"?
My name is Nina and the guy on the picture is Rik! We have been a couple and travel partners since 2015 and this is our shared account!

We traveld arround the world and our goal is to visit every continent on pur beautiful planet.
We are real nature lovers. So most of pur travels we sleep outdoor in a Hammock or Tent. We slept in the polar circel under the beautiful summer sky of Lapland.
When we are not sleeping ourside we try to make some new friends and get to know the different cultures of the world.

We are from the Netherlands. I was born in Austria but moved to the Netherlands and Rik is a real 'Kaaskop ;)'. We live in our sweet small caravan in Amsterdam togehter with our dog Otis and cat Marley. We try to host when we can so dont be shy and message us. If you message us let us know if you like animals. Because of our pets thats important and we can filter a lot of request by finding out who actually read our profile;) So yeah animal friends out there let us meet up!
We try to host you but otherwise we can meet up and we can show you the secrate places where beer doesn,t cost 10 euros ;)

We have a lot of hobbies! Almost too much too share...we love to be creative and outdoors. I guess we are open minded and are always looking for a new adventure! But yeah everyone says that, haha.

We also love music. So if we dont spend our money travalling we will spend it on concerts.

We cant wait to meet more of the world!

3 years ago we started travelling with chouchsurfing and it was the most amazing way to travel if you ask us. We were overwhelmd from the kindness from strangers!
We met some super nice, kind and funny people because of chouchsurfing who became friends of us! Chouchsurfing is the way to get a city to know! We just love the whole expirience and hope that we will make some more friends all over the world with our further travells.

The better question is why not?
When we first started couchsurfing we could not have imagend the kindness that we met on our trips. We got treated so well and made new friends. Visiting a city is one thing but getting to know it trough a local is something totally different. For us its about the whole expirience. Sometimes we could spend a lot of time togheter with our host but sometimes it was just a nice bed. Every contact was just kind. Sometime we could loose our hope in humanity but communities like Couchsurfing are the proof in the goodnes of people.

Our favourite music genres are rock, metal, and the classic oldtimers because they never get old.
We both are huge fantasy enthusiasts when it comes to movies and books, such as: the Lord of the rings and Harry potter, Avatar, Marvel.....
We just loveeee reading and movies. So if you ever visit Amsterdam come and watch a movie with us! All movies in Holland are the original language as recorded!!

In the summer of last year we went to visit Brussels and Milan, which was our most beautiful journy together.
