我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to get to know the world and the people who make cities great. I haven't been outside of the US since I was two, and I haven't been outside of California in five years. I'm dying to get out and see more of the US and everywhere else. But small steps.

兴趣

I enjoy writing. My dream is to finish my book- I'm on page 50 right now. I maybe have 200 pages to go. So 1/5 of the way. I got this.

I am a big foodie. I love trying new cuisine. Also, I love cheese and french bread. Or, ooh, artichoke dip or hummus...and now I'm making myself hungry.

I enjoy listening to spotify - pop, alternative, jazz, oldies, etc.

I love musical theater - Company, Les Miserable, The Last Five Years, Hairspray, Cinderella, The King and I, The Book of Mormon, The Sound of Music, Avenue Q, etc.

I actually really like Legally Blonde- it's cheesy but I love the message that you can be different and be outside of the box and still be successful.

I also sadly, cannot think of my favorite books because I just haven't had time to read an entire book in whole for a long while. :/

But I go to a lot of book readings and poetry readings on campus. I enjoy spoken word.
