ABOUT ME

Hey ;)I'm quite new to couchsurfing, but already love the idea. I live in Warsaw, where I moved 2 years ago and I like the city more every day. I feel there is still a lot for me to discover here and I'd love to share that experience. Currently I study law (mostly) at the Warsaw University and work in the foundation for human rights. I try to participate in Warsaw's cultural and social life the most I can and there is really a lot going on- theatres, art houses, galleries, museums, jazz, rock, electro and classical music concerts and last but not least: awesome flea markets.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm more than willing to host you in my flat in the very city center of Warsaw, Poland, or Lublin, where I come from. As for travelling, I've had wonderful couchsurfing experience in St Petersburg and in French cities during my hitch-hiking trip to Portugal.

Intereses

I'm interested in european literature, political theory, arts and I'm a photography amateur. Always open to new experiences and willing to learn.

Música, películas y libros

My recent fascinations in literature are Vladimir Nabokov, Thomas Mann, Cortazar, Wystan Hugh Auden, Yosif Brodsky and Rainer Maria Rilke- just to start with. I love to read and I'm willing to recommend and take recommendations.
Movies: Fellini (8 and 1/2 !!!), Tarkovskiy (The mirror!), Haneke.
Papusza (polish movie you need to see), Room and a half, Trainspotting, Single Man.
I'm mostly into jazz, electro and classical music.

Apart from English, I speak French and Russian, which I'd love to practice if you happen to be a native. I could also try to give you an insight into Polish culture and history and would love to hear about your country.
