Hi! I'm Nina and I am a full-time traveler. I live aboard my beautiful 47' steel sailboat Poppycock with my husband, and together we are sailing the world. It's pretty amazing. Currently we are back in MA fixing some things before we sail off again. We hosted on couch surfing and airbnb when we lived in Nevada, and we always had a wonderful experience meeting fellow travelers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I'm stateside I decided to brush up on my medical education. I became an EMT while living in NV because sailing to remote destinations requires medical experience for at least one crew member. I will be taking an advanced wilderness medicine course from AWLS to further my skills, and so I'm looking for a place to stay for the weekend of the course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit my job, rented my house, sold all my stuff, and moved aboard my new home, a sailboat named poppycock. We've sailed over 5000 miles so far and we have a lot more to go
