Overview
About Me
It's not easy, to keep this short. I love my life and what I do. Life is not always easy, but in rough times, what keeps me going is my imagination of my future life. I have dreams and I work hard to make them come true.
At the moment, I am studying to become a teacher in the field of special needs education. I work part-time on an animal farm, where we provide animal assisted interventions, such as therapy or leisure time activities for people with and without disabilities.
I also have a passion for biology. A few times a year, me and a friend of mine organize a Life Sciences Pub Quiz.
I live together with my boyfriend. He's a programmer and currently obsessed with an open source 3D creation suite called Blender. He's always up for discussions on math problems and has a talent to make this stuff interesting for people who normally have different interests. He also has a good sense of humor. Together we work on different projects, as we call them: building a new furniture, planing our next hike, creating a new poster etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Oh wonder, Annenmaykantereit, Parcels, MEUTE, Arctic Monkeys, Kraftklub, Milky Chance - what currently is in my playlist
Sometimes watching a movie is great, but there's no time for that normally. Also, movies are not my passion, so I have no strong opinion here, except that I don't like fantasy and science fiction.
I do read a lot, but mostly I enjoy scientific papers, magazines and books. I have a thing for cookbooks as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A week and a half of hiking through the most beautiful part of Austria to Germany. Just me, my backpack and nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
i like to teach: cooking, nerdy stuff about biology, organisation skills, animal training methods
i like to learn: gardening, yoga, graphic design, eveything else that helps
we can share: experiences, thoughts on major and minor topics, a cheerful time with many laughs
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you'd like to stay in Vienna we (me and my boyfriend) can offer you a very comfortable couch, that can be transformed into a bed (140cm x 200cm) in our bright living room. Of course you can use the bathroom and the kitchen. We definitely can cook together. You can reach the city center with the tram in about 15 minutes. You're very welcome to send a message. We'd be very happy to host you!
