Meeting new people is an enrichment which is beneficial to everybody involved.

It is all about the golden middle when hosting or staying with others. Not being obtrusive towards hosts or guests. And not coming at midnight and leaving at 6 am.

Healthy lifestyle is what I do and not just what I want to do. My choice of food might seem a bit ascetic to other people but it feels so right to prefer an apple to a piece of cake! Of course, sports and dance are my best friends and I don't even have a combination "sofa plus TV set" at home.
