ABOUT ME

I am a fun, happy and always ready with a smile. I love to be around (new) people, but I also appreciate the value of alone time with a good book and a glas of wine. I am very loyal and always put my friends and family first. I love to travel, but there never seems to be enough time for it, and so I try couchsurfing to give the travelling a boost.

PHILOSOPHY

I would rather regret something I did, than something I didn't do.

Ufortunately I cant host anyone, but I will be glad to show around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Limited, only hosted once and surfed once. Was interesting to meet some interesting people, so hopefully I will meet plenty more CS'ers.

Interests

I get my energy from spending time with people. Either with my friends, whom I go to concerts, have dinner clubs with etc. or through my volentary work. I always seem to be get involved in too many things and projects, but thats how I like it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love movies, music and books. I spend a lot of time on all three.

Movies: drama (eg. Shawshank Redemption, The Titans and Twilight (girly I know)), comedy (eg. The Moguls, Bridesmaids and Madagascar), and thrillers (eg. The Dark Knight, Inception and The Usual Suspects)

Music: "soft" rock (eg. Coldplay, Snow Patrol and Florence and The Machine, rock (eg. Kings of Leon and The Floor is made of Lava), and pop (eg. Adele, Ed Sheeran and Justin Timerlake).

Books: fantasy, drama and thrillers

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. When I reached the top of Mount Roraima and saw the view with the forrest strecthing for more than 40 miles
2. The first time I dived, the feeling of being weightless surrounded by the most amazing fish. It was like being in another world
3. My first Coldplay concert. I was hooked straight away and have been ever since.

Teach, Learn, Share

I dont have any particular skills I am really good at. I know a little bit about a lot of things. I am however good at telling bad jokes, and laughing at myself. Which I find is a good combination :)
