ABOUT ME
I'm a student from Palermo.I've got a wide range of interest,like:reading(in particular philosophical novels,essay and sometimes poems),dancing( I started with classical ballet when I was seven years old , then I abandoned it two years ago and finally last year I found the style which fits me the best,called "tribal fusion".It's a very contemporary style, originated from the oriental bellydance, which mix the oriental's basics with other modern disciplines,such as; yoga,flamenco,hip-hop and whatever you want. It's very hard to explain! Surely a video will be more eloquent! At the same time I continued my contemporary dance course );i love meet people of other cultures and nationalities to know their way of thinking and their tradition..accordingly to this attitude i like travel and do new,exciting adventures..moreover i'm studying to improve my knowledge of Spanish and English..and what finest opportunity than couchsurfing?!

PHILOSOPHY

Like the most important thinker of the "atheistic materialism" movement and also the latin poet Orace, i believe in today,or rather in this moment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There is a basic difference in using csurfing website: just to solve the accomodation matter or to experience a different kind of travel,learning the culture of the place throught the eyes and the knowledge of the local.
I choose the second one!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Generally really positive,I've met more or less interesting people. Anyway it was Always an opportunity to experience my self with other "worlds" and other situations. Anyway I had really positive meetings, in fact I'm still in touch with many people i hosted and some of them had become my friends,

Intereses

I like very much reading and meet people from all over the world.The things that i love are:long walks on the seaside,visit museums and galleries,go on some excursions(field trip,hike out or walking tour),althought i prefer the atmosphere of the city..neurotic,chaotic,disorderly..

And of course, as I sayd in my description, dance,dance, dance! and read :3

Música, películas y libros

I like the all music,even though it's not my favourite art (my boyfriend could kill me for this sentence! ahahah as he's a drummer!no, I joke). I prefer the chill out, electronic music, but I also listen to rock and everything move me. For example:
Parov stelar, Bonobo, Gotan Project, Lucio Dalla, Amtrac, Led Zeppelin, Tor, Depeche mode and many others...

What about the cinema, i don't watch very often tv but I'm fond of cinema, in particular I like the auteurs of the french movement "nouvelle vague" (Truffaut, Rohmer, Chabrol, Godard) but aslo Pedro Almodovar,Nanni moretti,Woody Allen ,Krzysztof Kieslowski, Robert Bresson, Dardenne brothers and many others..

I like also very much the english modernism and what about the italian novelist I have discovered the narrative power of Verga, D'annunzio, Svevo and Pirandello.

My objective is to learn very well all the romance languages,at the moment I'm completely ignorant about:romanian,portuguese and german;another thing that i'd like is: dancing tango!
