Living and teaching in sunny San Luis Obispo, California. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I love hiking, drinking tea, cooking, and trying new foods. I often travel with my husband, Matt. We met while teaching in South Korea. We are always looking for a new adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite travel experiences have not been when I was staying in a hotel-- it's when I am staying with friends or locals! You get to know the place that you're traveling to see.

Survived the year teaching at an all boys middle school- trust me it's a feat!
