ABOUT ME

Eager to learn about myself and the world around me I began my journey as an 'Au Pair' (which means that I am a domestic assistant from a foreign country, working for, and living as part of, a host family.
The french term means "on a par" or "equal to", so I'm like a older sibling for the kids; a new member of the family living in a equal way as them) in the Netherlands.
Which is a amazing country I'm starting to falling in love, not only because they're so open-minded, also because they know how to make things work out, they don't waste time (or money) and they are really organized and friendly people.
Enjoy and get to know as much as possible of Europe in a year is one of my purpose. Perhaps someday I would stay here permanently, if I have the chance.
I like to listen twice as much as I speak; that's how you get to know the people, by listening to them, by pay attention to them a little bit. I enjoy when I can help people who need to.
I do not like people who judge others without knowing the story behind.
I admire the courage and honesty in people, and I faithfully believe that the world needs to be more tolerant and less selfish.
I try to give always more than what it is expected from me.
I enjoy these small and simple things in life.
Those that pass through the eyes, but often get lost on the way.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live is my main philosophy. If I can help somebody, in any way, I would try to do my best, BUT I do not waste my time with people who are always complaining about their situations/problems, but doesn't make anything to solve it, even when they know how to make it.
I believe that we are part of this world for some special reason, we have things to accomplish, and discovering what those things are, is one of our main goals in life (at least is one of my own)
I want to discover, in which way, my existence in this world, could help to make it better. I am still looking for that answer!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to be able to host couch surfers, but by now I'm not living in my own house and I have to follow the rules of my host family :/ But in the future definetely I'll try!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

By Couch Surfing I've met really valuable persons, that I always gonna have in my heart and that they are really special in my life. This way of getting to know people, has been for me, really positive and I'm very glad I discoverd it.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

By now visiting London (the city of my dreams!), going to Abbey Road and see a George Harrison's hair! Also doing volunteer work, always brings me a big smile knowing that I help somebody.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I would like to improve my English, and try a few words in Dutch -Because I always feel lost in Dutch conversations :(-
I speak Spanish, so anyone that would like to learn a little bit, can talk to me! We can make a deal, your English/Dutch (in case you'd have knowledge of it) for my Spanish :)
Also I'm feeling curious about meals from other countries and I would love to learn some of the people that I meet. So If we have the opportunity to cook together I'd be very glad! (I would prefer without meat, but sometimes I can make exceptions I guess)
