Overview
About Me
I am a very friendly and open person. I am really interested in getting to know people and learning new things. I am more the asking than the answering type of person, which is something I am actively working on to change every day.
Sometimes, it needs a bit of time until I can open myself completely.
In general, I like challenging myself. Pushing me to my borders and getting to know new sides of myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to stay with locals as this makes travelling more authentic. Meeting new people really inspires me and keeps me curious.
As said before, I want to become more talkative and I think that couchsurfing is perfectly suitable for practising that.
What I found out is that some surfers want to get to know only extraordinary, highbrow, hollywood-like kind of people.
I find that strange because isn't everyone some kind of extraordinary?
Writing that in a profile kind of irritates me. So, well, I am open for every kind of people.
Interests
I am really into nature as I am studying environmental sciences. Thus, I like hiking, mountain climbing or just going for a walk in the woods.
I like reading a lot and more the classical than the modern stuff.
When I have time, I like to sing, quite a lot. I unfortunately stopped some time ago because I had too much to do with my studies.
