Hi there :-)

I am Nina, 22, and currently travelling in Costa Rica where I also do my semester abroad! It´s awesome to get to know a new country like this and it has always been my dream to do that.

I grew up in a family where we were hosting a lot of guest from all over the world and I loved it. Like that I got to know so many different people from different cultures and that´s also what caused my interest in intercultural studies... I think there is no such thing than getting to know other people and being fascinated by how different they are based on their culture but then to realise that in the end we are all the same!

I love having contacts all over the world, although it is also hard sometimes: I lost my heart in many places and some goodbyes had been very hard. But it is definetly worth it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well I have not yet tried it, but I think it is a great idea to get to know new people :-)

Interests

I like Music a lot, though I havn´t played the instruments I´ve learned (Violin, Guitar, Piano) in years ... I should start practicing again ...!
I like reading books, I like being in the nature, whereas I would describe myself as an absolute city person, I like action - Bungee Jumping is still on my bucket list; I like going out but I also like a relaxing evening at home ... There are so many things I like doing ...
