ABOUT ME

She's Czech, I'm South African. We're married and have two small kids. We are currently living in a tiny flat in the very funky neighbourhood of Shimokitazawa, just west of Shibuya in Tokyo, Japan. Unfortunately we can't host at the moment because we don't have space.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've hosted many people and couchsurfed in a couple of countries. We often had friends and family sleeping over in Prague (where we used to live) so we thought we'd take it to the next level by joining couchsurfing! It's been awesome so far and we've learnt a lot.

Lived through the end of Apartheid (Andre) and Communism (Nina) in our countries.
Got charged by a wild boar in a Czech forest.
Held my dad's hand when he passed away.
