About Me

I AM TRAVELING UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
Cannot host before autumn...

ABOUT ME

Architect in denial, artist of heart, music lover, passionate wine drinker, reader and traveller...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a firm believer of shared economy AND I love to meet nice people. and most people are nice when you get to know them right?

Interests

I'm curious of all most everything- music, discussions, arts, cities, humans, food... I'm a foodie without being a gourmet-snob. I prefer urban settings over nature-hikes- though I'm fascinated by the mountains and the sea, and miss both when living in Berlin. I draw (ink and sketches of bodies and buildings) and I write poetry. I watch too many television shows.
I honestly love going to all kinds of museums.
And most important of all I'm just a human - and I travel just to meet you!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen mostly to poetic melancholic music like The National, Tallest man on earth, Sun kil moon, Courtney Barnett and Bright Eyes. As well as new classical music- think Nils Frahm and Sarah Neufeldt. But really I love to be in the moshpit to a punk concert. I love the 90ies grunge. I (embarrassedly admitting) that Britney Spears always get on the dance floor... Oh and if only I was born when the "old heros" as Mr. Leonard Cohen, Pink Floyd, Beatles, Rolling Stones were young...

Reading:
I named my kindle. That's how attached I am to it :) Reading is a very big part of my everyday.
Mostly profound contemporary storytelling. sometimes venture into periodicals or Sci-fi. Heroes: Jonathan Safran Foer, Neil Gaiman, Karl Ove Knausgaard, Paul Auster, Siri Hustvedt, Carlos Ruiz Zafón...
Best of 2016: A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am brilliant chef (that is one of the few things I am absolutely confident to brag about) and I'd love to cook with you!
Obviously talks about the world, art and how we became, who we are...
And if you host me- I'll promise you that there's always a bed for you in Berlin :)
