About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Upcoming internship in Cape Town - leaving CPH the 6th of August! Seriously can't wait!!
ABOUT ME
To say it in short, I am:
- ADVENTUROUS!
- spontaneous
- open minded
- creative
- not afraid to discuss many weird topics
- LOVE travelling and experiencing new cultures
Im from the Northern part of Jutland (Aalborg) but has lived in Copenhagen for the last 4 years. I have a bachelors degree from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Business, Language & Culture. Now im stuying my master of Business & Development Studies, also at CBS. In the fall 2013 I'll be going on an internship abroad - hopefully the Middle East. My biggest dream is to intern at the Danish embassy in Tel Aviv (crossing my fingers). ...Lebanon would also be amazing.
As mentioned above, I LOVE traveling (especially the spontaneous backpacker style), which means that I have seen many different parts of the world already. I've lived in Germany twice - first Munich, then Berlin. Because of my love for traveling, I often feel restless when being/living the same place for too long. This means that I'll keep on exploring the world, and hopefully get the chance to live in other countries beside Germany and Denmark...
My heart has fallen completely in love with the Middle East, which means that this will probably be my next adventure.. Hopefully, an internship. Im seriously crossing my fingers :)
PHILOSOPHY
Home is nice - travelling is everything
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my CS virginity taken in Israel.. The Holy Land must say to be filled with fantastic, friendly and welcoming people, who are more than ready to help and host you.. Israel was an amazing place to couchsurf!
In line with my exchange in Berlin last fall (2011), I discovered how fantastic and appealing the different CS Events are. Especially, in a city like Berlin that doesn't sleep, and where its possible to choose between 5-6 different events each day - not only in the weekend.
I participated in the following events in Berlin:
- CS Beer Marathon
- Rollerskating Event at Tempelhof
- Beach Volley Event
- Halloween Party
I've only had the opportunity to host two cool guys from Israel so far. Though, its been a great experience - Introducing them to Copenhagen made me feel like a tourist in my "own" city. So thumps up for hosting!
