Proud to be a nerd with a soft spot for old horror movies. Yes those old black and white movies with Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff.

A loving relationship to good books like "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" or Shelley's "Frankenstein". And NO, you won't find Harry Potter or even Twilight on my good-Book-list.

Anyway hiking, biking, running, cooking, baking, eating, aikido, playing saxophone .....are good things to fill your time with. To make all these things even better combine those activities with meeting new people and it can only be fun!

Aikido plays are very important role in my life. I love to gather new impressions and ideas from other Aikidokas. As much as I enjoy learning new things is it important to me to teach Aikido to others.
But don’t be afraid there is far more in my life than Aikido ;-P. I just love the idea of sharing experiences.
