I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 8 and have been dealing with it ever since. Initially, it was challenging because I didn't know how to manage it effectively.

Over the years, and with the help of about six teachers who taught me learning strategies, I began to handle it with love. In elementary school, I failed in all subjects I didn't like, except for math and science. In junior high, I started taking medication that helped me realize that I wasn't lazy or stupid, just unfocused. With the help of medication, I excelled in my studies and graduated with honors.

I continued to a bachelor's degree focused on ADHD studies and conducted two research projects in the field: one on the impact of guided imagery on listening skills and the other on the impact of meditation on ADHD.

Now I opened a channel YouTube offering knowledge how to sync to your soul by meditation mindfulness and imagination

So I took this opportunity to fulfil a dream of travelling the world.
Second reason, is to fulfil my mission, by being a light house for souls who want to find the way back home.
Third reason is to follow my intuition, by the love of dancing Biodanza.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I learned how to talk to trees. On 9.7.24 I climbed a tree over 500 years old in Valencia, Spain. I sat on it at a height of 3 meters in the center of the square.
People looked at me and it was different, strange to them, but I continued on my own.
I closed my eyes and breathed. I imagined my feet as the continuation of the roots and my head as the top of the tree and I breathed deeply.
After about 10 minutes a voice spoke to me. After I opened my eyes, I saw that all the children who were playing in the playground opposite, started climbing the tree where I was sitting, the parents also came closer, people started taking selfies with the tree.
Something happened.
What happened is that I realized that my life's mission is not only self-fulfillment, but to be a beacon, courage to do differently, courage to connect with our roots, nature, and mother earth.

I volunteered in nursing homes, kindergartens on the spectrum, led a men's circle, accompanied mentally challenged people who wanted to end their life.

Now, I teach people with ADHD how to manage their budget, maintain a healthy daily routine, find the right diet, and develop internal motivation.
