About Me
Hi, I’m Nisa! I’m a software engineer working in Eindhoven, Netherlands. I like to socialize with people with the same or different interests and backgrounds.
Currently I'm on holidays so I can't accept guests :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and socialising. So.. you get it. I really like the concept of CS. You can get the sense of living in that city by staying with a local and getting to know them and their daily life. I met a couple of people through here that I’m still in touch.
I never got the chance to host someone yet but I really want to give back to this community as well.
Interests
I have a book club for over a year where we read 1 book each month and have a discussion over wine. I absolutely love it.
I run. I ran a half marathon last year and now I’m training for a triathlon.
I’ve tried many activities like snowboarding, latin dance, slacklining, taking a part in theatre plays, etc. I want to try as many new things as possible, and meet people that I can share these experiences with.

Music, Movies, and Books
Techno, electro, house, also always down for some 00s pop. If I’m at a club, I will be expecting some Shakira thank you.
The artists that I like to listen a lot are Fred again…, Meduza, Polo&Pan, The Blaze, Boris Brejcha, Neelix, etc.
I like to read philosophy and psychology. I also read fictions, which is more of a variety for me: cozy stories, thrillers, cheesy romance… I also really like sci-fi books. Currently I’m reading Invisible Women.
Me and my boyfriend are currently obsessed with the big bang theory. I can watch almost anything though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2019 summer I lived in Germany for the whole summer and travelled across Europe alone meeting many people, having so many adventures. That’s also when I started using CS :)
I’ve ran a half marathon and finished it with a smile on my face.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you turkish cuisine (and why it is the best cuisine in the world…10 mins presentation included) and dances. We can talk about living and travelling in different countries.
I love to learn and try new things so you can interest me with almost anything. I love when a person is passionate about something and they want to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm an absolute chit-chat lover, ie. I love to talk about books, movies, politics, culture, anything and everything! I am a good cook. I can cook a lot of traditional meals.
Countries I’ve Visited
