I am from Uttarakhand state in India which is mostly a mountain region having some of the highest peaks in the lower Himalayas. I am a structural Engineer by profession working in Delhi in a company named WS Atkins which is a UK based Civil Engineering consultancy. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As of today(5th March 2015)I am here in Birmingham for last two months, came to know about couch surfing from my friend in India who is travelling there on bike. Would like to make friends while I am here in United Kingdom. Want to explore culture and places here.

Interests

Like to go for Adventure sports like skiing, going for mountaineering course in October 2015 with a dream to climb highest peaks in the wold(Hope it happens!). Like to go trekking. Love music especially when it is live. That s the reason I like here in UK as I find many peoples playing music here which is very rare in India.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

May be 15 days motor bike trip to the Leh-Ladakh (ladakh means land of passes) from Delhi to Delhi driving 3000 kms passing through worlds highest motor able road and many more passes.
