ABOUT ME

Here are a few interesting things that I have experienced while traveling.

-I was chased by the Intelligence bureau in Sikkim for having long hair.(we were shooting a film there).

-Hitch hiking on trucks in the Neelgiris when my back was screwed.couldn't move without pain killers.

-I invited myself to someone's house in Madrid and was pleasantly surprised by their hospitality.

- Got stranded in Singapore by missing a train because I didn't have a visa(I though it was given on arrival, turned out only by road and at airports)

-Spent a whole night walking in Dehra Dun during winters because we were stranded with nowhere to go...didn't know about CS then

-Was invited to a free performance art show in New York which blew my mind.

-Crashing for the night at an expensive resort in Mexico where friends were staying. I wore a sweater(in the tropical weather) to hide the fact that I wasn't wearing one of those guest wrist bands.

There are lots of small details that have made traveling my religion, my drug of choice.

I saw the first rays of the sun kiss the peak of Kanchenjunga from the base camp.
