Overview
About Me
I'm a curious person who seeks and tries to learn about people and places. I'm not the most social person but always up for deep and interesting chats.
How I think:
I quit my job sometime back to understand different perspectives of life. In general, I'm a philosophical person and try to understand thoughts and feelings of other people. I'm a strong believer of the fact that development of a person through habits and experiences is much richer than educational qualifications, and have been working towards that.
My travel experiences:
I have travelled in India and cycled from Manali to Leh and khardungla without supplemental oxygen. It was quite difficult. Other than this I have cycled long distances as much as 600kms from Noida-Chamkaur Sahib(near Ludhiana)- Noida. I also backpacked around South East Asia and learned about the beautiful countries and the people there. 2018-19 has truly been the most wonderful time of my life so far. I also did a few high altitude treks in the Himalayas and created memories for a lifetime. I backpacked for a few weeks in the UK and attended the Champions League final of 2019 at Liverpool. I was one of the 8 lakh people in the parade.
All in all, I would describe myself as an average person who tries to make others and himself happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on a long solo ride. I would feel the need to share some stories and learn about people and their lives.
Interests
When I'm not working, I'll almost definitely be found playing a sport. These days its mostly endurance cycling.
I can also be nerdy at times and learn about history. I'm currently reading Daniel Kahneman's Thinking Fast and Slow which deals with psychology in economics.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to cycle for a 100km. How to stay hydrated and energetic. And how to fix their bikes(cycles) and get the most out of them.
I can teach marketing for your business/service. The correct ways to sell the customer and to maintain good relationships with them. I've got my experience in this field by working as the head of marketing for different companies.
I can also play guitar with you as I have been playing it for 10 years. I sing along but am a terrible vocalist 😁
