About Me
A gender advocate cum activist, filmmaker and researcher, Nive Yong is a strong advocate of show and tell, utilising the magic of films to highlight societal issues and problems with the hope of drawing attention to them and inadvertently bringing about the necessary solutions for them. Chuan Ling has wide experience in Gender Equality and Education Right Activism as a result of her involvement in the Taiwanese Education Structure Reform in addressing the issues of bullying, sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination. She has appointed as Minister Selected Candidate in years 2011-2012 to assist Ministry of Youth and Sport for the National Youth Empowerment Planning.
Currently, she is leading NGO and youth association to outreach and promoting international youth linkage and advocacy work.
