I'm an activist and organizer based in Austin, Texas. My work is rooted in building alternatives to racially and economically oppressive systems. I'm a writer who is most accomplished as an essayist, but whose heart longs to explore science I'm intensely committed to studying intellectual giants, but also exploring the nuances of Black culture, mainstream and alternative. I am typically mistaken for one of the cool kids when I'm actually quite the nerd. I enjoy jazz, culinary exploration, and film that makes you go "hmmm...."

From August 2018 until January 2019, I'll be embarking on an organizing tour. I'll be giving my time to organizations who center self governance and environmental, racial, reproductive, and economic justice. The purpose of this tour is to develop a more thorough framework from which to engage in radical struggle and revolutionary consciousness building. I also hope to build relationships that result in a national community of radical love.

I'm an adventurer who has yet to go white water rafting, sky dive, or deep sea dive. Let's do it when I visit!
