About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn more language stuff; learn and write more songs

ABOUT ME

I like to... play music, learn about what's going on in the world, talk about what's going on in the world, go places to see and do things whether in cities or nature, enjoy drinks with people who like to do or talk about these and other things.

PHILOSOPHY

In the big picture, nothing much is worth worrying about because it probably doesn't matter in the big picture, but that shouldn't stop you from doing your damndest to do some amazing things with your life, particularly things that make life better for other people. Always question established truths, to break new ground at the personal level and perhaps even beyond.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When in school or spending longer periods of time working somewhere (i.e., when I am not traveling), I like to share the experience of traveling by hosting people and showing them around a bit wherever I'm at.

When travelling, I often like to stay in backpackers, but it's nice to get a little variety here and there. Couchsurfing also offers an alternative of being able to meet cool people who know what's going on in town:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly on friends couches when visiting. I've hosted a couple times, met people for coffee on a few occasions and showed them around town (Quebec City at the time). All good experiences.

Interests

Not big on much of pop culture except for really big and flashy stuff that can hardly fail to impress, in a sort of sense.

Then there's the stuff that just sucks because amateurs get confounded for professionals (not knocking the amateur stuff ... I'm amateur at lots of things and love it).

Everything else in the universe is pretty much cool.
