ABOUT ME
I was borned in HK, immigrated to Vancouver (Canada) during my elementary school years, and moved to Toronto (Canada) for college. I spent a lot of time in Norway while I was in graduate school in Toronto. Later, I moved to Charlottesville and now in Blacksburg. I am friendly but frank (sometimes overly so). I often try to be optimistic and encouraging while I am sometimes a true pessimist...
PHILOSOPHY
Not so much my personal philosophy but just a reminder I borrow from Senna - "Being second is like being the first to lose".

This is nothing special to people who love nature. For me, a city person, I hiked up to the top of a mountain (Loftet) with some Norwegians and snowboarded down. That was quite something for me ...
