About Me
After packing up my life in Aus in July 2015, I spent the best part of the past 4 years zig-zagging around the continents with a longish stint working in London for a start- up in the wellness industry, 6 months volunteering for an NGO in Nicaragua and most recently lived in Bali for 3 months which was life-changing.
I haven't actually used couchsurfing since my euro-trips in 2015/16 and since then I've moved to a slower travel style, choosing to spend weeks and months in one place to get to know the people and the way of life rather than sight-hopping.
Need-to-knows: I'm the stereotypical Melbournian when it comes to judging coffee, but aside from denouncing coffee-chains, I'm super easy going, love soulful deep-dives and open-minded good-energy people :) I'm also an intuitive guide - feel free to ask me about that.
Travel has been a way of life now for 4 years and I love it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During one particular stay at a hostel my friend and I were talking about how much better the experience is when you hang out with locals and I remembered that once upon a time I had set up a couchsurfer profile. It wasn't something we had ever considered previously but thought we'd try it out. So we did and we ended up having the absolute best time.
So many interesting, hilarious, unforgettable moments and experiences ensued from that decision, that would never have otherwise occured. Most importantly we made life-long friends who we're still in touch with years later.
Interests
I've been on a journey of self-discovery these past four years and actively practice intuition. To say that this has opened up my world would be an understatement. Coming from a very logical, corporate background means I analyze and question most things - choosing to live intuitively has added another layer of depth to my life - and if you're interested I'm happy to explore this with you.
I also love dancing, hiking, good food, exploring, soulful deep-dives, spontaneity and good coffee.

Teach, Learn, Share
The best part about couchsurfing are the conversations you have and the things you learn about real life in each other's cities.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm pretty good on the breakfasts and I can give you an intutive reading into your ego and your higher self :)
