ABOUT ME

I left home on Feb 4, 2014 to go on a longterm solo backpacking trip. I'm not really sure how long I plan to be gone at this point but I've gone all in- I quit my job and sold my car and everything I own. I'm currently in SE Asia and you can find me bouncing around Europe in the summers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted quite a few surfers back home in Oklahoma City but I have not surfed myself yet but I'm looking forward to doing so in the future. I'm currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Interessen

Traveling, cooking, my kid, movies, trying new restaurants, reading, wine, scuba diving, meeting new friends, wine, making new memories and experiencing things for the first time.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love movies and I watch more (trash) television than I probably should.

My favorite band is the Passion Pit but I also really like Imogen Heap, Adele, the Postal Service, Maroon 5, Foster the People, and One Republic.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have been on two humanitarian trips to Africa, done some amazing diving, done a fair bit of traveling and hosted some of the coolest surfers from all over the world.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I've recently started a foodie/travel blog. I'm especially interested to host any other bloggers or anyone with related info to share-- if you know Massplanner, Wordpress, coding, etc it would be awesome to bounce ideas off of one another!

travel stories, a beer or some wine, and I love to cook although here in Chiang Mai it's usually cheaper to go out to eat.
